It’s that time of year for gift giving. Even if you decided to not craft for anyone, there is still a great opportunity to give a gift, the gift of learning. Tell those you love about your passion: why you like to craft, what you make, how it has transformed your life. Show them your projects, either in person, or on Ravelry or social media. Talk about how it makes you feel to craft. It’s something almost everyone can do and we all need something to minimize stress and help us focus.
Is there a child in your life? Show them the yarn, the colors, the feel of the fiber. Talk about the animals or plants that they came from. If you have an extra needle or hook, see if they would like to try.
When you are sitting around the table, or the TV or the fire, it’s a great time to share the love. And a great season to do it.
